SPARTAKIAD–2026: VIVID EMOTIONS AND FINAL RESULTS OF THE VOLLEYBALL COMPETITIONS

The Spartakiad–2026 continues at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University — a traditional sports event aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and fostering team spirit among university staff and students. As part of the Spartakiad, competitions in chess, togyz kumalak, swimming, tug of war, and football have already been held. The next stage featured volleyball competitions, which brought vivid emotions and intense competition to both participants and spectators.

The volleyball matches brought together teams from various structural divisions of the university. Each team consisted of six players who demonstrated good physical fitness, quick reaction speed, and well-coordinated teamwork. The competitions were officiated by Askhad Sharapiyev, a lecturer of the Department of Physical Culture, Sports, and Initial Military Training.

The games were held in a dynamic and emotional atmosphere. Participants fought for every point, showing a high level of skill and a strong desire to win. According to the results of the volleyball competitions, the team of the Higher College took first place, the Administrative and Economic Department secured second place, and the team of the Higher School of Pedagogy finished third.

The volleyball stage became a worthy conclusion to another day of the Spartakiad and once again confirmed that sport is an important part of corporate and student life at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.
