ON FEBRUARY 12, 2026, THE HIGHER COLLEGE HELD AN INTERNATIONAL ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION TITLED “ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS: OPPORTUNITIES AND RISKS.”

The purpose of the event was to discuss and exchange experience in implementing artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process, to identify their pedagogical potential and possible risks, and to develop practical recommendations for the effective, ethical, and safe use of AI within the education system.
The welcoming address was delivered by Irina Vladimirovna Rovnyakova, Deputy Chair of the Management Board — Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and International Cooperation. She emphasized the relevance of the digitalization of education and the necessity of a responsible approach to the use of intelligent technologies in academic activities.

During the round table, key issues related to the integration of artificial intelligence into the educational environment were examined. Participants discussed the possibilities of using AI in teaching, assessment, personalization of learning, and the automation of pedagogical processes.
The round table served as an effective platform for professional dialogue, the strengthening of international cooperation, and the exchange of experience in the field of digital transformation of education.
