MASTER’S STUDENT OF AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY AIBOL SLYAMBEKOV IS A 9-TIME WORLD CHAMPION IN KETTLEBELL SPORT AND A RECIPIENT OF THE BREAST BADGES “QURMET” AND “TARBAGATAI TARLANY”

Master’s student of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, International Master of Sports in kettlebell lifting Aibol Slyambekov, has been awarded the breast badges “Qurmet” and “Tarbagatai Tarlany” for his outstanding sporting achievements and significant contribution to the development of national sport.

Aibol Slyambekov is one of the most successful and well-known athletes of Kazakhstan in kettlebell sport. He has won 14 times at the national level, 10 times at the Asian Championships, and 9 times at the World Championships. These achievements not only glorify national sport, but also enhance the international reputation of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.

It should be noted that in 2017 Aibol Slyambekov enrolled in the Higher College of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University, and since 2020 he has continued his studies at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. Currently, he is a first-year master’s student in the educational program “Physical Culture and Sport.” The knowledge gained at the university and professional support contribute to the further improvement of his sporting excellence.

Last year, from November 12 to 15, at the World Kettlebell Sport Championship held on Hainan Island (People’s Republic of China), Aibol Slyambekov, competing in the under 73 kg weight category, won two gold and one silver medals in the jerk, snatch, and long cycle events, becoming a nine-time world champion. This achievement once again confirmed the high potential of students of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University on the international sports arena.

The successful sporting career of Aibol Slyambekov is a vivid example of perseverance, systematic work, and responsibility. The international achievements of the master’s student strengthen the sporting image of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University and inspire young people to lead a healthy lifestyle and strive for high goals.
