AT AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY, A SCHEDULED BOARD MEETING WAS HELD

At Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, a regular board meeting of the university was held, during which current issues of educational activities, the implementation of directives from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the development of cooperation with external partners, were discussed.

A report on the organization of the educational process for the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year was presented by the Director of the Department of Academic Policy and Educational Program Management, E.B. Domalatov. In his presentation, he highlighted key aspects of planning the educational process, issues related to the distribution of classroom and independent student work, and measures to ensure the quality of educational program implementation.

As part of the second agenda item, E.B. Domalatov also provided information on the fulfillment of teaching workloads by the faculty for the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year. An analysis of compliance with established standards was conducted, positive results were noted, and directions for further improvement of educational activities were identified.

Special attention at the meeting was given to the implementation of directives from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In particular, the matter of conducting the Teacher Knowledge Assessment (TKA) for students of final-year pedagogical programs was discussed. The report reflected current results, organizational aspects, and the significance of the TKA for improving the quality of future teacher training.

The Head of the “Professional Upgrading” Career Center, Zh.B. Bolatova, informed the board members about the progress of career guidance activities conducted by the university. The presentation outlined the main directions of interaction with prospective applicants, schools, and social partners.

The issue of assisting university graduates with employment was addressed by the Employment Specialist of the “Professional Upgrading” Career Center, A.M. Raisova. She presented data on current employment indicators, forms of interaction with employers, and measures to support graduates during their entry into the labor market.

Concluding the agenda, the Head of the Department of Economics, Management, and Finance, R.K. Konuspaev, spoke about the opening of department branches. The report outlined the goals of establishing the branches, prospects for practice-oriented learning, and the expansion of cooperation with partner organizations.

Following the board meeting, relevant decisions were adopted, and instructions were given to structural units for the further implementation of the tasks set.
