AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY TEACHERS ASSESSED THE LEVEL OF PREPARATION OF STUDENTS AT TRAINING BASES

The heads of the psychology and special education department at the Higher School of Pedagogy — Bibinur Yerzhanovna, Karlygash Bakytovna, Karakat Berikhanovna — visited organisations with which bilateral agreements have been concluded as part of pedagogical, industrial-pedagogical, and pre-diploma practice, with the aim of familiarising themselves with the progress of students’ practice.

The internship supervisors conducted a comprehensive analysis of the level of organisation of workplaces at the internship bases, the conditions created for students, and the quality of their performance of professional duties. In addition, the implementation of daily plans, the maintenance of internship documentation, methodological training, and the process of developing students’ professional competencies were studied.

Currently, students at their assigned internship sites are working closely with mentors appointed by the organisations, combining theoretical knowledge with practical activities. They are effectively applying the skills they have acquired during their training in practice and gaining professional experience.

The heads of the practice bases particularly noted the responsibility, activity, and initiative of the students, highly evaluating the quality of their work. A positive assessment was also given to the professional development of future specialists and their readiness for further cooperation.
