AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY — A RELIABLE PARTNER IN THE INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL SPACE

In order to strengthen its position in the international educational space, develop external academic mobility, and expand cooperation with foreign partner universities, Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University hosted an important international academic event.

Specifically, as part of the academic mobility program, students from the Tajik International University of Foreign Languages named after Sotim Ulugzoda arrived at Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. They will study during the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year in the educational programs “Translation Studies” and “Political Science – International Relations.”

This initiative is a clear example of long-term and effective international partnership between the two higher education institutions. The academic mobility program provides students with the opportunity to broaden their educational experience, become familiar with the academic traditions of different countries, and develop professional and personal competencies in a multicultural environment. Moreover, this process contributes to preparing future specialists as competitive professionals at the international level.

During the reception of students from Tajikistan, the university organized adaptation activities, during which the students were introduced to the educational process, campus infrastructure, student life, and cultural programs. This, in turn, creates conditions for the rapid adaptation of students participating in the academic mobility program and for their successful continuation of studies in the new environment.

This step within the academic mobility program represents an important strategic direction aimed not only at enhancing the university’s authority in the international educational space but also at deepening scientific and educational ties between Central Asian countries. Going forward, Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University intends to continue developing international cooperation, expanding joint educational programs and academic exchange projects.
