A SCIENTIFIC ARTICLE BY AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY FACULTY HAS BEEN PUBLISHED IN AN INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL

A scientific article by faculty members of Amanzholov University has been published in a prestigious journal indexed in international scientific databases (Scopus — 90th percentile, Q1). The article titled “Human-Centered Organizational Culture in the Global Workplace: Strategic Approaches, Trends, and Practical Models” was prepared within the framework of the grant-funded project AP23489784 “Socio-psychological support for the formation of a DE&I (diversity, equity, and inclusion) culture in Kazakhstani companies in the context of social modernization.” The authors of the article are E.I. Barabanova, R.Zh. Tyulyupergeneva, L.S. Nazyrova, N.A. Ladzina, and M.F. Bekbayeva.

The study provides a comprehensive analysis of strategic approaches, current trends, and practical models for shaping organizational culture based on human-centered principles in the context of the global labor market. From a scientific perspective, the authors substantiate the importance of human capital, as well as the development of employees’ psychological well-being and potential within intra-organizational management systems.

The main scientific novelty of the work lies in the development of a typology of human-centered management models and the empirical testing of a scalable integrative framework that combines elements of emotional intelligence development, the implementation of inclusive feedback mechanisms, and systematic leadership support. This model contributes to effective communication within organizations, increased employee engagement, and sustainable institutional development.

The publication clearly demonstrates the scientific potential of Amanzholov University and its ability to conduct research that meets international standards, making a significant contribution to strengthening the university’s reputation in the global academic community. In addition, the research findings have substantial scientific and practical value for improving practices of forming inclusive and human-centered organizational culture in Kazakhstani companies.
